O Índice de Aluguel QuintoAndar Imovelweb é uma pesquisa com informações relevantes e precisas sobre o mercado imobiliário que, a partir de 2023, une os dados de duas marcas importantes para lançar um novo produto.

O índice apresenta a tendência mensal do preço do aluguel nas principais cidades brasileiras e possui uma metodologia nova e inovadora, que reune os dados dos contratos fechados pelo QuintoAndar com a base de anúncios do Imovelweb, chegando em valores muito mais próximos da realidade. Alguns fatores que fazem a diferença na rotina de quem aluga também são levados em consideração no estudo, como tamanho do imóvel, número de vagas na garagem e diversos outros filtros.

Ao unir dados das duas marcas, o material precisou ser adaptado visualmente para respeitar a identidade do Grupo QuintoAndar. Com isso, uma nova linguagem visual foi criada, trazendo protagonismo para os dados e gráficos.

The Índice de Aluguel QuintoAndar Imovelweb is a survey with relevant and accurate information about the real estate market that, starting from 2023, combines data from two important brands to launch a new product.

The index presents the monthly trend of rental prices in the main Brazilian cities and features a new and innovative methodology that combines data from contracts closed by QuintoAndar with the Imovelweb listings ad database, resulting in values much closer to reality. The study also takes into account factors that make a difference in the routine of renters, such as property size, number of parking spaces, and various other filters.

By merging data from both brands, the material had to be visually adapted to respect the identity of the Grupo QuintoAndar. Consequently, a new visual language was created, giving prominence to the data and graphics.
